The Project Realm is intended to guide managers and practitioners to not only capture successful project benefits, but to also establish and maintain continuous improvement of the people, environment, processes, and larger organization. Unfortunately continuous improvement and the project environment are talked about, but rarely implemented or maintained in a positive sustainable way.
